    Register as a Mentor

    Simply fill out your full name, choose 'Mentor' from the dropdown menu and hit the button, or you can register through your Facebook profile.

    Create your Mentor profile

    Once you create your Professional profile and fill out your mentoring skills, you will be able to connect with your future students and start mentoring them.

    Connecting, mentoring and rating

    Once you connect with particular students, you can start your mentoring classes. Depending from what your mentoring expertise are, students with these interests will be shown in your search results. Students are able to rate their mentors and you will be asked to write recommendations for some of your students.

The Mentoring dashboard is designed to be an easy to use one stop interface where you can post your professional profile and keep track of all of your events and reach out to your student followers with individual or group advice as well as point them to specific graduate recruiters or events. Your groups are organised by individual profile* or groups and organised using various filters like student body, university or career path. You also have easy access to employer and other mentor tabs. It's an easy to use and intuitive interface allowing you up to date and easy organisation of your mentoring activities.

Your own Professional profile and Employability Rating Bar

Like your students, you will have a personal Employability Ratings bar. Your on-line CV that evolves as you provide the information on your profile that top employers have indicated are important to them in their graduate hires. You should also encourage your students to complete and frequently update with all of their achievements, academic, leadership, sports, clubs, etc.
The employability rating uses algorithms to calculate how employable you are in relation to other students on the network!
